When using Thread integration

When connected via Matter over Thread protocol, you can enjoy the automation and convenience of seamless connectivity to systems such as Apple Home, SmartThings, Alexa or Google Home.

When using Zigbee integration

Through the Zigbee connection to the Aqara Hub, you gain access to additional features such as connecting to an Aqara thermostat or IR air conditioner via the Aqara Hub M3, allowing you to control your HVAC system wirelessly. You can switch between the two protocols at any time to optimise your system.

Accurate and real-time monitoring of the environment

The sensor is equipped with a precision temperature sensor (accuracy ±0.2 °C) and a humidity sensor (accuracy ±2 % RH).The 3.4-inch LCD screen clearly displays the current data and is suitable for living rooms, bedrooms, children's rooms or even refrigerated rooms.

Multi-functional, flexible control

The built-in three physical buttons allow up to three types of presses (single, double, long), allowing up to nine different automations or scenarios in total. For example: single press to start a "movie night", control the lights or the heating - the possibilities are almost endless.

Connecting external sensors

In Zigbee mode, you can connect the sensor to additional Aqara temperature and humidity sensors, whose data is shown in the auxiliary display on the screen. This allows you to monitor several rooms at the same time.

HVAC control - smart temperature control

The device can be connected to an Aqara thermostat or a third IR air conditioner via the Aqara Hub M3. This allows remote and automated control of cooling, humidification or heating - without physical access to the devices.

Low power consumption, long battery life

The device is powered by two CR2450 button cell batteries, which provide up to 2.4 years of operation in Zigbee mode or 2.3 years in Thread mode. In the Aqara Home app, you can adjust the frequency of measurements and data transmission for an optimal balance between performance and power consumption.
