You can subscribe to our newsletter via our online form or when you purchase our services.
Purpose of the processing of personal data:
to keep you informed about our company's news and current offers (direct marketing of the services of the operator)
to provide you with periodic business news
Legal basis for the processing of personal data: your personal consent given to us when you subscribe to the newsletter (6/1(a) GDPR) or when you purchase our services (226/2 ZEKom-1).
Retention period of personal data: until your consent is withdrawn
4. If you are our client
You can also receive our newsletters as a subscriber to our services without signing up for them.
Purpose of the processing of personal data:
to keep you informed about our company's news and current offers (direct marketing of the services of the operator)
to provide you with periodic business news
Legal basis for processing personal data: our legitimate interest in keeping in touch with you as a subscriber of our services (6/1(f) GDPR).
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data in relation to marketing under this point (21/2 GDPR).
Retention period: until your objection.
5. Users of personal data
Categories of personal data users: providers of web hosting services, providers of marketing tools
Users with whom the Controller has concluded appropriate contracts for the processing of personal data shall process personal data exclusively under the Controller's instructions and supervision.
6. Information on the rights of the individual
As an individual, you have the right to request access to your personal data and the rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to object to the processing of personal data or to request their transfer.
If the processing of personal data is based on your personal consent, this may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the data processing carried out on the basis of the consent until its withdrawal.
Rights may be exercised by written application to the Controller, by email to info@iotronx.com.
You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter (meaning withdraw consent/subscribe) at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter you receive. The controller will stop using your personal e-mail address as soon as possible and inform you accordingly.
7. The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
A complaint against the controller's conduct in relation to the protection of personal data may be lodged with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
