All orders placed through our website are handled quickly and carefully. We usually dispatch products within 1-3 working days of receipt of payment, unless the product has a different delivery date, which is clearly indicated next to the product.

We ship through reliable logistics partners. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your shipment upon dispatch. The shipping cost is calculated during the purchase process and clearly displayed before you place your order.

In case of damage during delivery or problems during collection, please contact us as soon as possible at info@iotronx.comso that we can resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the goods - without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

To apply for a refund, please contact us in advance at info@iotronx.com. The product must be undamaged, in its original packaging and without signs of use. The cost of return is borne by the buyer, unless the complaint is due to a defect or misdelivery of the product.

Once the refund is received, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days in the same way as the payment was made.
