These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to purchases made through the Website. www.iotronx.comwhich it manages:

1. Users and scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the online shop www.iotronx.com (hereinafter referred to as "User", "Customer") who purchase physical products or digital services for own use (B2C)
A separate online platform for business-to-business (B2B) users b2b.iotronx.com, which has separate terms and conditions.
2. Offer and product types
The online shop allows you to buy:
physical products (e.g. smart sensors, controllers, relays),
digital servicessuch as remote assistance with installation.
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Award and conclusion of the contract
The purchase process includes:
choosing a product or service
entering the necessary details and delivery address (if it is a physical product),
confirming your order and selecting payment.
The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the buyer receives the confirmation e-mail of the successful order placement.
The Provider reserves the right to refuse an order if the product is out of stock or if it suspects abuse of the service.
4. Payment methods
The following payment methods are available:
payment by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard),
payment by invoice (bank transfer),
payment via Stripe.
5. Delivery and delivery times
Physical products are delivered via a contracted delivery partner (e.g. Post of Slovenia, DPD). Delivery costs are shown at the time of order completion.
The normal delivery time is 2-5 working days. Delivery is only possible within the EU.
The user is obliged to check the quantity and condition of the products upon receipt. In the event of damage, the user should immediately inform the delivery service and the supplier.
6. Digital services - remote advice
IoTronX offers a service remote technical assistance - the client chooses the date on which the video consultation z licensed professionals. Advice is given on the correct use, set-up or installation of products purchased from the provider.
6.1 Disclaimer and condition of use
By ordering a Digital Service, the Customer expressly agrees that:
will install the device at your own risk,
will carry out the physical installation only in the presence of a licensed professional,
Provider not responsible for any injury, damage or incorrect installation, even if professional guidance has been given remotely,
counselling is understood as technical assistancenot as a guide with a guarantee of success.
By placing an order and accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User acknowledges that these Terms and Conditions aware and by Accepts in full.
7. Withdrawal and refunds (PSPO)
7.1 Physical products
The consumer has the right to 14 days from receipt of the product withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason. The cancellation shall be sent to the email address of the provider. The costs of the return shall be borne by the buyer.
The product must be undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. The Provider shall refund the purchase price within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
7.2 Digital services
Withdrawal from the contract is no longer possibleif the service was already done (e.g. the video call has already taken place), provided that the user has previously expressly agreed to start the performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has thereby waived the right of withdrawal (Article 43c of the PSCT).
8. Material defects and complaints
The Supplier is liable for material defects in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (Art. 37 of the Consumer Protection Act). The Buyer must report any defects to the within two months of discovery. Complaints should be submitted to [email address].
9. Protection of personal data
IoTronX collects and processes users' personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and improving the user experience, in accordance with GDPR and ZVOP-2.
The data is not passed on to third parties, except for contractual processors (e.g. delivery service). The user has the right to access, rectification, deletion, data portability and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
10. Limitation of liability
The Supplier endeavours to keep all information on the website up-to-date and correct, but shall not be liable for any errors in content or differences in specifications.
Product photos are symbolic. Any installation or adjustment procedures are at the user's risk. If the user does not ensure that a professional is present during the installation, IoTronX is not responding for the consequences.
11. Dispute resolution
The provider does not recognise an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider. All disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled by the competent court in the place where the tenderer is established.
12. Final provisions
These General Terms and Conditions are valid from 18.7.2025. The Provider reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Changes shall take effect upon publication on the website.
The laws of the Republic of Slovenia shall apply to all relationships not governed by these Terms and Conditions.
