Drive for safety. Motion for attendance. A proposal for governance. The Aeotec MultiSensor 7 motion sensor is perfect for more than just an intelligent security system. With a range of 10 metres and a 120 degree field of view, MultiSensor 7 captures motion data that can be used for everything from security to heating management and energy saving. Knowing whether a room is occupied or a hallway is being used is vital information - with MultiSensor 7, your home automation system will be more powerful and smarter.

Temperature sensor.
From motorised curtains and windows to fans and thermostats, there are many ways you can use Z-Wave to make sure your room is at the perfect temperature. MultiSensor 7 provides the intelligence to do just that. Each sensor houses an incremental temperature sensor that can accurately measure temperatures between -10 ~ 50 °C (14 to 122 °F) and report temperature changes to the smart home gateway.

Light sensor.
Automatic lighting is only as smart as the system that powers it. With the MultiSensor 7 digital light sensor, which measures the light level in a room in real time, your home control system will be able to intelligently maintain the ambiance. From opening and closing curtains to setting the perfect light level, whether it's day or night, MultiSensor 7 is the smart solution for smart lighting.

Humidity sensor.
Rooms such as bathrooms and kitchens can be too humid, while some environments are often too humid. The MultiSensor 6 offers step-by-step humidity monitoring from 0 to 100 %, allowing intelligent automation of fans, motorised windows, dehumidifiers and humidifiers. MultiSensor 7 monitors your home at such an infinitesimal level that your home management system can make your environment truly perfect.

Vibration sensor.
It measures the environment it is in, and it measures itself. MultiSensor 7 contains a seismic sensor that is able to detect and report vibrations based on events. These small changes can be used to protect the MultiSensor 7 - it knows if an intruder has tampered with it, or if the sensor has accidentally moved from its place of installation. It can also record subtle seismic activity in your home.

UV-sensor.
Managing the environment fully means understanding it completely. The MultiSensor 6 accurately measures ultraviolet light, the type of light that causes everything from furniture bleaching to eye damage. MultiSensor 7, which is measured according to the World Health Organisation's UV index, measures the level of UV rays in a room so that the environment can be managed with curtains, blinds and lighting, and recommendations can be made for health and property.

Full power.
Full battery performance is perfect for any installation. For all those cases, the MultiSensor 7 can run on mains power. Simply connect it to your home electricity with the included USB cable and MultiSensor 7 will be able to operate in advanced mode, taking real-time temperature, humidity and light readings.
