Nous B6Z will be your favourite smart socket for outdoor use. Simply plug the IP44 waterproof B6Z into an outdoor socket and you have an IP44 smart socket. It is also suitable for use in bathrooms and other wet areas.

You can use it to conveniently switch on your devices remotely before you get home, or to set on/off schedules. You can also monitor the energy consumption of connected devices to save energy and money.

The Zigbee Smart Plug can switch up to 16A of current in total, so you can control even higher power devices (up to 3680W).

To connect a smart socket to a Zigbee network, a Nous or other Tuya is required Zigbee gateway, coordinator or hub. Once the device is connected to a Zigbee hub, it is possible to automate and control the socket remotely.

Like other 230V Zigbee devices, it can act as a Zigbee mesh node, extending the coverage of the Zigbee network in your home and ensuring stable connection of devices even in the most remote corners of the house.
