NOUS LZ3 Tuya Zigbee smart motor valve controller is the perfect choice for remote control of water or gas valves (ball valves), increasing safety and comfort at home. It can be installed on an existing ball valve and allows it to be controlled remotely via Zigbee communication, and seamlessly connects to a smart home system.

Smart home integration

You need a compatible Zigbee gateway or hub to control the device. For example, with gateway-jem Nous E1 and the app Nous Smart Home the valve can be easily operated.

Easy installation

The device is easy to install - attach it to the pipe connected to the ball valve and the controller mechanism will open and close the valve automatically. In addition to the remote control, the device shall also have a physical button for manual operation. This makes it an ideal solution for both domestic and industrial use, as it allows water or gas lines to be safely shut off when required.

1. Attach the bracket to a water or gas pipe or valve.
2. Install the controller over the valve, making sure that the shaft of the controller is aligned with the axis of the valve lever.
3. Tighten the screws at both ends of the beam. Make sure the shaft is aligned with the axis of the valve, otherwise the valve may not open or close properly.
4. Manually pull the clutch safety ring to check that the valve opens and closes correctly.
5. Connect your device on power.

Useful tips

• In case of a power cut: you can still open or close the valve manually. Simply pull the safety clutch at the bottom of the appliance and the valve can be operated manually.
• Maintenance: To prevent the valve from sticking over time, we recommend a simple opening and closing cycle a few times a month.
