Shelly PLUS i4 DC is Shelly's special version of the Shelly Plus i4 DV system that can be easily installed in DC environments such as mobile homes or any other DC setup. It is capable of detecting a max to max switch. 4 DC switches and wirelessly control Shelly relays and sensors or other HTTP, MQTT or CoAP controlled devices over a WiFi network. It is the perfect choice to support wireless switching scenarios between a wired wall switch and a remote Shelly relay.

You can use the wired switch to connect wirelessly to an electronic device (light or device connected to a wall socket) controlled by a Shelly relay, also installed in another location. The Shelly PLUS i4 DC receives the switching signal from the wall switch and forwards it via WiFi to any other Shelly relay, and also supports multi-relay control.

Shelly PLUS i4 DC has no built-in relay , but small enough to be installed practically anywhere, and shows the status of the 4 inputs. The device is in one of the switches and can command other connected Shelly relays, sensors or devices with HTTP, MQTT or CoAP control. The possibilities are endless with discrete commands on the home network or cloud scenes.

Shelly PLUS i4 DC can work with up to 4 switches and configure multiple events for all switches. All switching modes can have a configurable scene function, and commands are also available directly from device to device via URL-based commands.

Extra comfort for a light night: Managing other Shelly devices has never been easier. Shelly PLUS i4 DC allows you to remotely control other Shelly devices without a mobile phone. 

As with other Shelly smart devices, the Shelly PLUS i4 DC connects directly to a WiFi router, requiring no hub or gateway.
