Out of stock

The SmartWise T6 UNI Zigbee family of smart wall switches features a sleek glass front touch panel and built-in chips that support Zigbee 3.0 + RF 433MHz Links. The Smart Wall Switch connects to a Zigbee 3.0 Gateway or Central Unit, which can be a Sonoff or SmartWise Zigbee Gateway connected to the eWeLink cloud platform, or another local Zigbee Central Unit compatible with standard Zigbee 3.0 devices. The RF 433MHz receiver allows pairing with wireless Sonoff or SmartWise RF433 switches and remotes for local remote control or wireless bidirectional switching.

The SmartWise T6 Zigbee smart light switch is available in 1, 2 or 3 button (gang) versions, with white or black glass touch front panel.

A similar product is also available with a conventional physical front panel button, called SmartWise B6 Zigbee, with the same smart features as the glass touch panel version.

Wiring

The UNI version of SmartWise Smart Wall Switches supports universal wiring: recommended connection phase and neutral wires, but the switch also supports wiring with only one phase wire (without neutral wire), so it can be used anywhere to replace traditional wall switches. For wiring without neutral wire, it is recommended for lights only and compatible with incandescent, LED and CFL bulbs. If the switch is wired with only one phase wire, a small anti-flicker module (supplied) must be connected to the luminaire.

Smart home platform

SmartWise standard Zigbee 3.0 wall switches are compatible with most Zigbee gateways and control panels, so they can be used with a variety of platforms. When used with a Sonoff or SmartWise Zigbee gateway, they are connected to the eWeLink cloud platform, and the light switch can be controlled in the eWeLink app. In this case, they work well with other brands on the eWeLink platform, such as Sonoff, SmartWise, WDYK and Woolley.

If you want to use a local Zigbee central unit, you can also choose the low-cost SONOFF iHost central unit, which uses an on-premises eWeLink platform (eWeLink Cube) instead of a cloud-based one.

Of course, you can also choose other Zigbee 3.0 compatible platforms, such as the Aoetec SmartThings Central Unit.

You can also use the switches with the open-source Home Assistant Green control panel with SkyConnect USB Zigbee coordinator or with the Sonoff ZBDongle USB Zigbee coordinator connected to the local control panel.

Local governance

SmartWise T6 UNI Zigbee switches have an elegant and sensitive glass front touch panel that makes it easy to turn lights on and off with a gentle touch on the wall switch.

Local remote control

Thanks to the built-in 433MHz RF receiver, they can be remotely controlled with SmartWise or Sonoff RF433 wireless switches and RF433 radio remotes. With wireless switches it is easy to set up wireless two-way or three-way switching.

In the 2-gang and 3-gang versions, each button can be paired separately with different wireless switches and remote controls if required.

Functions:

The smart switch is paired with a Zigbee gateway or a central unit, through which, connected to the internet, you can check the on/off status of the switch at any time (e.g. in an app on your phone or via a web interface). You can also remotely switch the switch on/off and set on/off schedules. Depending on the functionalities of the Zigbee gateway, you can share the remote control with other users, for example family members or office colleagues.

It is the ideal solution for smart control of all types of lights and lamps.

Used as a security solution, it allows you to programme presence simulation, i.e. a schedule of lights on and off, so that outside observers think you are at home.

Of course, you can also set any other automation between your eWeLink devices - whether Wi-Fi, Zigbee or RF - based on sensor data or the status of other devices.
