SmartWise WiFi garage door opener

SmartWise WiFi smart garage door opener converts a motorised RF remote control or wall-mounted garage door switch system into a smart garage door that can be remotely controlled, automated and monitored via a mobile app.

The SmartWise system is compatible with most garage doors where opening and closing is controlled by a single button or remote control - via a potentially voltage-free contact (dry contact).

The SmartWise garage door opener works with Sonoff systems, supports control via the Sonoff eWeLink app and works with the free IFTTT system, Google Home and Amazon Alexa voice control.

Contents of the garage door opener kit:

• Sonoff/eWeLink compatible WiFi equipped relaywhich opens and closes the garage door via a potential-free contact pulse, similar to a wall switch or remote control. The relay connects to the Sonoff/eWeLink cloud via your home WiFi router, so you can open and close your garage door via the free eWeLink app anywhere, anytime.
• Magnetic door status sensor, which allows you to monitor the status of the door (open/closed) in the app.
• USB power cable (without 5V power supply)
• Screws and accessories for sensor installation.

Standard* 5V (1A) USB power adapter for WiFi kit operation is not included. For clarity: wall switch, remote control and door open/close motor are not included.

You can open, close and schedule garage doors using your iOS or Android smartphone via the free eWeLink app. You can share remote access with family members.

Compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant voice control and works with free IFTTT to automate garage door openers, for example when your phone is within 100 metres of your home.

Installation/wiring options:

1. Connecting the kit directly to the garage door motor, where the wall switch is also connected.
2. Connecting the kit to the wall switchif a wired connection to it is easier.
3. Connecting the kit to the RF remote controlif a wired connection to the motor or switch is not possible: in this case, disassemble the remote control and solder two wires to the button.
