SmartWise WiFi Smart Thermostat

SmartWise has launched a new generation of smart Wi-Fi thermostat with a colour touchscreen. The thermostat can be remotely controlled over the internet using the eWeLink app, similar to Sonoff and other devices running on the eWeLink platform. The app displays the current status, enables on/off, supports temperature settings by schedule and three operating modes (Manual, Auto and Eco). The desired temperature can be set for up to 6 time zones for each day of the week. Settings can be made both on the wall panel and in the app on your phone or tablet, even remotely via the internet.

There are three types of SmartWise thermostats compatible with the eWeLink app:

• Type 'A': this version of the thermostat switches 230V (max. 5A) on two relay outputs (open, close). It is recommended for direct control of lower capacity devices, e.g. circulation pump.
• Type 'B': switches phase and neutral on two outputs with a maximum load of 16A. It is designed for electric heating carpets or foils (underfloor or wall heating). An external temperature sensor is also included to measure the floor temperature and to protect against overheating and for energy-saving operation.
• Type 'C': provides a dry contact switch (voltage independent switching), primarily for boiler control.

All three types have an internal temperature sensor built into the thermostat panel and also support external temperature sensors. (Type 'B' includes an external sensor as standard, for types 'A' and 'C' the sensor must be purchased separately.)

The thermostat can be set to work:

• based on data from the internal temperature sensor;
• based on data from an external temperature sensor;
• based on both sensors - the internal one measures the room temperature and the external one the floor temperature to protect against overheating.

Elegant white and black glass front panels are available.

Introducing the black version of the type 'A' eWeLink thermostat, switching 100-240V (max. 5A) on two voltage outputs, designed for controlling lower capacity devices (e.g. circulators).

It requires 230V AC (phase and neutral) to operate and switches phase on two outputs 'OPEN' and 'CLOSE' with a maximum capacity of 5A. Like other eWeLink devices (Sonoff, SmartWise, KingArt, etc.) the thermostat connects to a local WiFi router via a smartphone and then allows remote control via the eWeLink cloud over the internet.
